Mandi Ruiz, M.S., CCC-SLP
I was born and raised in Clovis, New Mexico, a community deeply rooted in connection, resilience, and family. Those early experiences shaped the way I see people, relationships, and the importance of showing up for others in meaningful ways.
I met my husband while he was serving in the United States military, and that season of life brought new perspective, growth, and ultimately led us to Colorado—where we now live and raise our family. He now serves our community as a firefighter with Colorado Springs Fire Department, and that shared commitment to service continues to shape the way we live and give back.
Today, I'm a mom to energetic boys who constantly remind me of what truly matters—to slow down, be present, and find joy in the everyday moments. They are a daily reminder that growth doesn't happen in a rush—it happens in connection, in consistency, and in the small moments that often go unseen.
As a speech-language pathologist, I've spent over a decade working with children and families across clinic, school, early intervention, and home-based settings.
Through those experiences, one thing became clear:
The most meaningful progress doesn't happen in isolated tasks or rushed sessions—it happens through relationship, trust, and intentional care.
That belief is what led me to create Steadfast Pediatric Therapy.
• A space where families feel supported.
• Where children are truly seen.
• And where therapy is built around connection first.
The name Steadfast reflects the kind of care I believe every child deserves.
Steady. Consistent. Rooted.
Because so much of what we do in therapy happens below the surface—building foundations, strengthening connection, and creating lasting change that continues far beyond our sessions.
• It's not always immediate.
• It's not always visible.
• But it is meaningful.
My work is deeply guided by my faith. I believe every child is uniquely created with purpose, and it is a privilege to walk alongside families as their children grow, connect, and find their voice.
Serving others through this work is more than a profession—it's a calling.
I strive to honor God in the way I serve, lead, and care for families—approaching each child with patience, compassion, and intention.
"Let all that you do be done in love." — 1 Corinthians 16:14
